Project for exterior of a building with residential and social function. Realisation in 2008. Plovdiv.
Designed for architectural studio “Polart”, Plovdiv.
Exterior project with complex solution of the plot with a complex area of building development, different elevations for development on one hand, as well as mixed function for use on the other hand. The design is a solution, based on modern and dynamic public part harmonized with the tranquility of the living part. Typical elements for the project development are the appearance and the style of the building, obtained through the selection of architectural details, facade materials and color schemes, as well as putting all the items in the correct ratio and proportions.
